Shipping policy

General info

All records are packed with extra care to survive the dangerous journey. Vinyl discs are shipped outside the sleeve (inside gatefold if possible) to prevent damage to the cover (unless it's shrink wrapped), our boxes are slightly bigger than the records to protect the corners. For far away destinations we add an extra layer of cardboard. Nevertheless shipping to the other side of the world means an extra chance of damage or loss. We won't be able to send replacements in those cases.

Our standard shipping option is Track & Trace by PostNL. In our experience this is by far the most trustable and affordable shipping partner from Belgium to Europe and other parts of the world. We ship to EU, US, Canada and other parts of the world. If your country is not appearing in the list it is probably not supported by PostNL or has a higher chance of damage, loss or shipping rates are too high to be fair. For EU countries there is a flat rate shipping cost so you're able to place bigger orders for the same shipping rate. It is possible that PostNL passes on your package to another local carrier to deliver it to your door. 

UK & US distribution

We recently teamed up with Church Road Records, who will handle the distribution for our label bands' releases in the UK. We do not longer send parcels to the UK ourselves. If somehow we do not have an item in stock, a refund will be issued. Please note that you may receive a shipping notification before your order actually leaves our warehouse as these messages are sent automatically as soon as a shipping label is created. Processing and shipping your order should happen in 1-7 days (if your order does not contain pre-order items).

Orders containing a pre-order item are shipped as soon as every item is available. The sometimes overwhelming response to certain releases or pre-orders may influence shipping times. We appreciate your patience when this occurs. As soon as we get to work with your order you receive a shipping update with a tracking code. With this code you can track the progress of your order.

When multiple orders of the same customer are open we try to ship them together. When both or more orders are already available and shipping cost is covered (or exceeds the free shipping threshold) for all orders we ship the available items, perhaps combined with available items from another order that is not yet completely available.
