BIO

Denmark has been cranking out a massive amount of equal massive heavy bands as of late, with the likes of Hexis, Grava, and now Kollapse taking the reigns of a movement that is rightfully becoming a new fully-fledged Scandinavian scene. All joined by a certain catastrophist outlook and dystopian nihilist approach, these bands are painting some spectacularly grim soundscapes and are quickly becoming one of the most exciting sights to behold in the current metal panorama. 

AR is the latest addition to this gallery of horror, a twisted, unrelenting monstrous record corrosive and atmospheric in equal amounts. Nightmarish visions fill its half-hour runtime putting Kollapse on that sludge-meets-hardcore-marries-blackmetal map in an ecstasy of sonic dissonance and loud abrasiveness. A union of intents and a joy for the senses. Dive in... or plunge, rather.
