Georgeson

Georgeson - literally 'Son of George', coming from the Greek name 'Γεωργιος' (Georgius) - is an ambient/experimental music project with a base in neoclassical and post-rock/drone. It’s a solo project by Joris De Bolle, who is no stranger to dunk!records as he’s already connected to the label as a member of Celestial Wolves. This, however, is different.

Being a guitarist in the first place, Georgeson started learning to play the piano about 10 years ago, never in a hurry and always eager to get things off his chest. Georgeson's delicate, minimalist compositions - in which the piano always plays the leading role - take the listener to wide-open landscapes coloured by all seasons, leaving them without many questions yet giving an answer to the essence of being: breathing.
